Lindsay Lohan had her hearing today in Los Angeles Superior Court and was sentenced to 300 days in the slammer, but Lindsay will only be serving 30 days behind bars. Some sources claim Lindsay will only serve about a day in jail due to overcrowding.
The 25-year-old actress has to surrender to the county jail by November 9 after she admitted to violating the terms of her probation, stemming from her 2007 DUI case by failing to show up at her community service appointments at a women’s shelter.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Saunter told Lindsay that she will need to perform all of her community service at a morgue as well as completing her 19 psychotherapy sessions by March 29, 2012.
After Lindsay’s community service is completed, her probation will be over and the remainder of her sentence will be stayed indefinitely.

But, if Lindsay doesn’t finish all of her community service she will have to serve the remainder of her 270 days in prison.
Lindsay is also banned from using Twitter while working at the morgue.
