'Home Improvement' Child Star Taran Noah Smith Arrested for Marijuana

Former “Home Improvement” star Taran Noah Smith, 27, was arrested after being caught with weed.
Taran was arrested early this morning for alleged DUI and drug possession by Burbank cops.
Police discovered marijuana in his vehicle and his butt was hauled in to jail.
Smith played the role of Tim Allen‘s youngest son Mark Taylor on the sitcom “Home Improvement” from 1991-1999.
Taran gained access to his $1.5 million fortune when he turned 18.

If you use drugs while driving, yes, that should of course be a crime, just as drunk driving. But marijuana usage outside of a context where you might harm someone else should not be a crime.
