Florida man John Balmer was arrested for possession of methamphetamine on Tuesday while wearing an “I have drugs” t-shirt.

A Pasco County sheriff was initially attracted to Balmer’s t-shirt when he saw the 50-year-old at a Kmart store in Hudson. In full, Balmer’s shirt read: “Who needs drugs. No, seriously, I have drugs.”

After spotting the sheriff, Balmer reportedly attempted to hand the bag of drugs to a man behind him while waiting in line. As Balmer paid for his items and the man declined to take the bag, Balmer dropped the bag containing marijuana and methamphetamine on the floor.

Balmer was charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams. Following his arrest, Balmer reportedly declined to speak, since his t-shirt probably said enough.
