Father Brutally Spanks Alleged Statutory Rapist Who Had Sex with Daughter

This week, a video that appears on YouTube shows the father of a 16-year-old girl confronting his daughter’s 27-year-old alleged statutory rapist. The father’s name is never revealed, but he calls the rapist “James.”
It's important to note that Opposing Views can't confirm whether the video is real -- but the beating that is administered is hardly fake and "James" never claims innocence.
So let's go ahead and say it's real: The agitated father has a sweetheart deal for James. He can either go to jail for having sex with an underage girl or voluntarily submit to a bare-butt spanking, right there on the lawn.
James chooses door number two and politely lies across the grass and submits to 21 brutal slaps from the father. In the video you can hear the force of the father’s fists skimming across James’ fleshy rump. After a while, the beating becomes to much to bear and James crawls away whimpering about the pain.
The YouTube video seems authentic, though no independent organization has been able to confirm whether or not it was staged. After the severe spanking, the father meets up with the cameraman in a car, suggesting that the two planned the guerrilla taping.
It’s clear from the action that James had no idea he was being filmed or that he would become an instant YouTube sensation.

Two wrongs do not make a right and perhaps he should of included his sixteen year old daughter in the "punishment" since it said statutory rape which means she was willing. If that man is not arrested it will just be another proof that our law enforcement system is more concerned about upholding right wing christian morals then true justice.
The above is just liberal slobber. Yes the daughter should have been spanked. But the best would have been for the father to not even touch the guy but on (hidden) camera admit and appologize for the statutory rape as punishment, then take that tape to the police and demand prosecution. Clearly the father was doing the perpetrator a big favor. Could be the girl has some previous history with guys.

Sorry, but that 20 something year old kid could still sue the father in civil court for damages as a result of being spanked (which is abuse) because he was forced to make a decision under duress. Jacob, you can criticize me all you want, but the fact remains I am correct on this issue and yes, I am free to express my opinion. Sue him for the damages of being spanked? Lmao, what damages? That he'll be traumatized from sleeping with young girls? Do you really think that would be held up in any kind of court? Thankfully we have been reforming our Tort cases so people suing for everything and anything is no longer tolerated. This guy got what he deserved and there's nothing he can do about it. Also, spanking as abuse? I'll have you know that I read reports on spankings from just about every scientific journal on the web when I had to do a report for my psychology class. Turns out, as long as you are consistent with the punishment, it is more than ok. Especially if you reserve it for only really bad situations. This guy sounded pretty consistent to me.

One other point. It is not clear which state this incident occurred, but if the age of consent in the state is 16, then the charge of statutory rape goes out the window. Furthermore, if the young lady was interviewed not in the presence of her father (who also verbally stated he spanked her bare butt (another assault charge) and she stated the sex was consensual, this father would be looking at time behind bars. Don't be so quick to judge others' opinions if you haven't thought through your points very well.

One more point. If you listen to the father of the 16 year old girl, he clearly states that he spanked his daughter the same way he was going to spank the young man. That is the main reason I believe this father ought to be arrested for also abusing his daughter. Finally, who in the heck took the video. He/she is a material witness.
