Natalie Lynn Webb Accused of Raping, Starving Her Own Children

| by Lina Batarags

Natalie Lynn Webb has been accused of raping three of her four children. The Oklahoma woman has been charged with the sexual abuse of children under age 12, and with child neglect.

Her oldest son, age 9, told investigators that Webb repeatedly raped her 8-year-old son and two 3-year-old daughters. What is more, other adults might have paid to watch the abuse.

The abuse was allegedly ongoing between December 2012 and March 2013.

The oldest son has stated that he escaped molestation only by running away from his mother and “hiding in a dumpster.” The younger children, however, were frequently dragged into another room, from which “sounds of the two three-year-olds crying and screaming” could be heard.

The children told authorities that they were “routinely” beaten and thrown against walls.

Webb has denied the accusations of sexual assault, although she failed a lie test while testifying. The confessed meth user and dealer sometimes “traded her food stamps for meth.”

In place of meals, the young children often resorted to scrounging for crumbs on the dirty kitchen floor.

The oldest son recalls seeing needles in the house, and, as reported in a court document, said that “when mom took the needles it would make her act different…she would act weird.”

While Webb is held in jail on a $2 million bond, her four children are living with their grandparents. Webb has a history of previous felony convictions for child endangerment and drug possession.
