Dr. Orlando Liorente Accused of Waterboarding Girlfriend (Video)

Dr. Orlando Llorente has been accused of waterboarding his girlfriend because of something she posted on Facebook (video below).

According to police, the plastic surgeon pushed his unidentified girlfriend's head into the toilet and poured water over her head in the bathtub.

While in office, President Bush ordered similar tactics on terrorism suspects, but declared it legal and called it "enhanced interrogation," CNN reported.

In contrast, Dr. Llorente has been jailed for the April 21st incident, which allegedly took place in Miami, Florida, reports Local 10 News.

After almost 16 hours of being tortured, the girlfriend somehow freed herself and called police.

Dr. Llorente is charged with attempted murder and kidnapping. He is being held without bond.
