Time is running out for Sandra Beck, prosecution for a rape case in Reading, England.

A DNA test implicated two identical twin brothers in the alleged rape of her client, but further investigation has not been able to distinguish between the two.

Neither brother has an alibi to exonerate himself and the prosecution is stuck. Beck has asked the judge for more time.

The twins, Mohammed and Aftab Asghar, have been granted conditional bail by the judge. Since identical twins share DNA but do not share fingerprints, if any prints can be found at the crime scene, the prosecution may successfully indict one of the brothers.

No details were given about the incident, though the date of the rape was November 5, of 2011. The trial date is set for December of this year.
