Detroit, Michigan is becoming a dumping ground for dead bodies, especially murder victims, reports the Associated Press.
Over the past year, as many as twelve bodies have been found in deserted areas of the city, such as alleys, empty houses, vacant garages and fields.
Seven of the twelve dead bodies were reportedly killed outside the city, then transported to Detroit and dumped.
Because of the economic downturn and the outsourcing of union auto jobs to foreign countries, parts of Detroit have become ghost towns.
