A Texas day care worker was arrested after he was caught on surveillance video slamming a 4-year-old girl on the ground (video below).
The incident was captured by surveillance cameras at Children's Lighthouse Daycare in Spring, Texas, on March 22, the Daily Mail reported. Gregory Diglin was seen yelling at a 4-year-old girl.
"Don't tell me no!" Diglin is heard screaming at the child before picking her up. "Get off the floor!"
Diglin then approaches the girl, picks her up by her arm and throws her on the ground.

The child is heard screaming in pain. Diglin then took her to a corner of the room away from the camera's view, and tried cleaning up her blood, according to Montgomery County police.
The girl's mother called police and told them her daughter was assaulted. She learned about the assault after noticing her daughter had a split lip.
"When the parents picked up the child from the day care center, they were provided a form from the day care center saying the child had basically hurt themselves by tumbling within the classroom," Chief Matthew Rodrigue of the Montgomery County Constable's Office told KPRC.
"The little girl is actually quite smart and was able to explain very well for a 4-year-old what had happened," Jeff Kemp, the family's attorney, told KHOU. "What happened is every parent's worst nightmare."

Officials said the girl is expected to make a full recovery, buy may have long-term dental trauma.
Diglin was booked into Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail, WLS-TV reported. He is charged with injury to a child.
Rodrigue said the department took Diglin's actions seriously.
"It is a high bond. This is a pretty violent action toward a very small child," Rodrigue told KHOU. "We take these things very seriously in Montgomery County."
"The child has sustained injuries to the face and mouth area, busted lips, damage to the gums, featured dental damage as well," he said.
Children's Lighthouse Daycare issued a statement on March 24 regarding the incident:
