A man and a woman were arrested on April 14 for allegedly having sex on the beach near President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Members of the U.S. Coast Guard were patrolling the area when they discovered Daniel Dolan, 19, and Chloe Exiner, 20, having sex on the north side of the beach on Bingham Island, according to WPLG.
The officer who arrested the couple reported that Dolan was sitting down while Exiner sat on his lap "bouncing up and down in a lewd and sexual manner." He wrote that when he approached the couple, Exiner got off of Dolan's lap and grabbed her pants from the ground, while Dolan pulled his pants up from around his knees.
"Exiner and Dolan were both surprised by my presence and were visibly nervous," wrote the officer, who said the couple admitted they had sex on the beach.

The two said that they had to meet on the beach because they couldn't have sex at their treatment facilities, the New York Post reports.
According to authorities, surveillance video also showed the couple having sex.
Exiner and Dolan were charged with indecent exposure, and each was issued a summons to appear in court.

In another recent Florida case, a man was sentenced to more than two years in prison after he was caught having sex on the beach with his girlfriend, The Washington Post reports.
Jose Caballero, 40, and Elissa Alvarez, 21, and were both convicted of two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior after witnesses caught them having sex on the beach in 2014.
A woman who called 911 about the incident said that she was upset because her 4-year-old had seen the act.
"I couldn't believe it," said April Champ, the young girl's grandmother, who said that the 4-year-old "wanted me to explain what they were doing."
"I redirected her and we looked at seashells," Champ said.
Caballero argued in court that Alvarez was simply dancing on top of him, which Assistant State Attorney Anthony Dafonseca refuted.
"She wasn't dancing," said Dafonseca. "It's insulting to your intelligence to say that she was dancing."
"I’m not going to tell you how exactly sexual intercourse goes but as far as how she was moving and as far as what the witnesses described, there is no need to be moving your bathing suit aside," said the attorney. "So all the circumstances fell together just right and I don’t think the jury had any doubt that that was sexual intercourse either."
Caballero was sentenced to 30 months in jail, along with having to register as a sex offender, because of a prior drug conviction.
