Cleveland Browns Fan Charged with Crime for Urinating on Art Modell's Grave (Video)

A Cleveland Browns fan urinated on the grave of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell at the Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville, Md., last month.

While it's not clear who filmed this bizarre act or when it happened, the video was uploaded to YouTube on July 18 by user "BrownsFan4Life," but has since been removed by the user.

The video (below) shows a man wearing an Ravens jersey, which he takes off to reveal a Browns jersey underneath. The man's penis is not visible, but he apparently urinated from the bottom of his leg via a catheter, noted ABC 2 News.

There are several insulting captions at the bottom of the video, which indicate the man was upset that Modell moved the Cleveland Browns to Baltimore 18 years ago and renamed them the Baltimore Ravens. An expansion team called the Cleveland Browns was created in 1999. Modell died in 2012.

Today, the Baltimore County Police Department stated on the county website that the alleged urinator is Paul Serbu, who has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct in a cemetery, a misdemeanor.

Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger said in a statement: "I want to commend the Baltimore County Police Department for doing outstanding work in identifying the suspect involved in this case."

"Everyone who has buried a loved one has the right to believe that their final resting place will be treated with respect," added Shellenberger. "Bringing charges against this individual should act as a deterrent to others and assure the rest of us that no matter who you are, indecencies will not be committed against your final resting place."

Serbo, who lives in Ohio, will be issued a criminal summons to appear in a Baltimore County, Md., court.
