Casey Anthony To Be Deposed About Daughter In Defamation Lawsuit
A woman who was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter in 2011 will be deposed as part of a defamation lawsuit that has been filed against her.
Casey Anthony will give her deposition to the lawyer, Matt Morgan, of the woman, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who has filed the defamation suit against her.
Fernandez-Gonzalez says she was defamed when Anthony told the police that a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had kidnapped her daughter Caylee. The girl disappeared in 2008.
Anthony will be questioned by Morgan in October. Anthony's attorney, Charles Greene, has yet to comment on the matter.
Greene has said in the past that the details that Anthony provided about the accused babysitter did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and it was obvious that Anthony wasn't talking about her, The Huffington Post reported.
