A Marine captain previously in charge of four Marines who were caught on camera urinating on the corpses of dead Taliban terrorists will face a court martial. Capt. James Clement was not in the shocking viral video, but he will face discipline anyway.

The Marine Corps announced that Clement will be tried for alleged dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming of an officer and failure to stop misconduct by those under his command.

In the 39-second video, four wisecracking Marines from a sniper team with the 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines are seen relieving themselves on the Taliban corpses, The New York Daily News reported.

"Golden — like a shower," one of them says.

Another one adds: “Have a great day, buddy.

The video was widely condemned by religious figures, politicians and military brass. Then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the clip was "utterly deplorable."

A date for Clement's trial has not been announced.
