Police recently arrested Brian Szymanski in Wilmington, Delaware, for allegedly firing several gunshots from his backyard, which is approximately 100 yards away from I-95.
On Thursday night, police responded to reports from residents who heard gunshots and saw Szymanski in his backyard with a shotgun.
According to CBS Philadelphia, residents said that Szymanski went back inside his home, came out again and fired more gunshots that sounded like they came from a handgun.
Police seized four guns from Szymanski’s home. The shotgun was reported stolen earlier in the year.
Szymanski has been charged with reckless endangering in the first degree, discharging rifles or other explosives and receiving a stolen firearm.
