Four would-be robbers entered a bar in Houston, Tx., at around 2:30 a.m on Saturday, but had no idea what was waiting for them.
Jenny O'Donnell, owner of EJ's Place, told The Houston Chronicle that a bartender and waitress were closing up the bar when two unidentified armed men told everyone to get on the floor while two other men kept lookout by the door.
However, an unidentified customer pulled out his handgun and began firing at the robbers, who shot back and ran out.
One of the alleged robbers died outside the bar from gunshot wounds, while another died in the bar's parking lot. The other two alleged robbers have not been caught yet, reports Breitbart.com.
"That [customer] was a hero," stated O'Donnell. "We could have had some bodies."
O'Donnell's bar does have cameras so police are studying the surveillance video for clues.
