Additional charges, including sex abuse, using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct and luring a minor, were dropped when he accepted the plea deal, KPTV reports.

According to court documents, Nelson admitted to sexually abusing two boys under the age of 14 between January and April. He victimized another child between June 2014 and May 2015, when he was arrested.

According to Deputy Keith Fisher, Nelson used the website Care.com to gain access to children. The online caretaker agency says it conducts background checks on all potential workers.

Nelson did not have a criminal history until now, and will have to register as a sex offender.
