Audio: Muslim Judge Mark Martin Dismisses Charges Against Muslim

As Opposing Views reported on Wednesday, there is outrage in the atheist community over a Muslim judge in Pennsylvania who dismissed charges against a Muslim man who attacked an atheist who was wearing a Muhammed costume during a Halloween parade.

Judge Mark Martin ruled that the Muslim man thought it was a crime to portray Muhammed, just as it is in his religion, so he meant no harm when he confronted the atheist.
