Phoenix Man Accused Of Being Pimp, Waterboarding Underage Girl

A 21-year-old Arizona man was arrested in July for allegedly waterboarding a young woman, My Fox Chicago reported.

Accused of being a pimp, Theon Temple, of Phoenix, Arizona, is said to have brutally assaulted one of his victims, which included an attempt to drown the girl by waterboarding her, Fox 10  reported.

The discovery of the incident began when Phoenix Police pulled Temple over on July 29. Police say they found an underage girl inside his car.

The girl later admitted to detectives she had been forced to work for the valley man as a prostitute, according to Fox 10. Officials also learned that the girl was reportedly tied up and assaulted by Temple, along with another man, who was not named by reports.

After the two assaulted her, they then tried to drown the girl by waterboarding her, reports say.

Temple is now facing numerous criminal charges. His charges include child prostitution and aggravated assault.
