Residents in a historic area of Fort Worth, Texas, claim they are being terrorized by children between the ages of 8 and 12 (video below).

The unidentified kids have been accused of stealing, throwing rocks and onions at cars and windows, and lighting garbage on fire, reports CBS Dallas-Fort Worth.

Maria Luna told the news station that her 6-year-old son is too scared to sleep alone in his room.

“Every night he’s like, ‘Oh they’re coming, Oh, I hear them!,” Luna stated.

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

Luna has a surveillance video showing some children running away after allegedly setting the fire to her garbage.

“There were adults with them," Luna said. "You can see a lady with a stroller."

A second surveillance video shows an unidentified girl take a box off Luna's porch and run away with it. The box contained diapers and formula for one Luna’s kids who has special needs.

Jessie Rodriguez, a 9-year-old who lives across the street, claims the pint-sized vandals stole his bike, which he bought with money that he received at his first communion.

Rodriguez's parents believe it's the same group of child thugs, and  contacted the Fort Worth Police Department.

However, the police have not arrested any suspects.

In August, a naked man was arrested in the downtown area of Fort Worth for allegedly vandalizing cars by breaking off their side windows (video below).

Alfredo Carrasco III was charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest, noted The Dallas Morning News.

Carrasco was reportedly wearing socks and was  “very bloody” when police subdued him with a Taser.
