Chicago woman May Bauer was shocked when she received her Comcast bill in the mail and saw the billing name had been changed to “Super b**ch Bauer.”

The name change followed complaints from Bauer that her cable kept shutting off. According to the 63-year-old, 39 technicians attempted to fix the problem from November to April. Although the problem was eventually fixed, Bauer’s bills stopped showing up for four continuous months.

“I was nice enough to call them to ask how much I owe,” Bauer said. “I was little hot and a little angry because I never got good service.”

Bauer added that while she was upset, she never cursed or called employees names. When she finally received her bill on Wednesday, she was outraged.

“I’m not going to be quiet about Comcast,” Bauer said. “I’m going to tell everybody not to get Comcast.”

A spokesperson for Comcast said that the company was investigating thoroughly into the name change and that the company will reach out to Bauer soon.

Last month, one Comcast customer in Washington state reported that his billing name had been changed to “A**hole Brown.” In that case, Comcast refunded the customer for two years of service and provided another two years for free.
