Casey Anthony is back in the spotlight.
Court documents containing depositions from Anthony's Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing in Florida show a private investigator, Dominic Casey, claiming that Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, told Casey that Anthony had in fact killed her own daughter. This comes according to several outlets including Fox News, The Orlando Sentinel and USA Today.
Casey said that Baez admitted that he "needed all the help he could get to find the body before somebody else did."
During the deposition, Casey also made the claim that Baez and Anthony had a sexual relationship together. Baez categorically denied this accusation.

Speaking to People Magazine, Baez said:
"I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for legal services with Ms. Anthony. I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever."
Casey also wrote about an incident in which he went to Baez's office and discovered Anthony naked in the office. He said that Anthony darted from the conference room down a hallway, and that this happened on several occasions.
Baez was Anthony's attorney following her arrest for child neglect in the wake of her 2-year-old daughter's disappearance in 2011. The affidavit filed by Casey is dated Dec. 15, 2015.
Baez said that he plans to take legal action in response to the allegations made in Casey's statements.
Anthony made a public appearance on May 25 when she went to pick up a new car at a Ford dealership in West Palm Beach, WDBO reports.
