Bra Tycoon Picks Up Boy, Gets Hilarious Surprise

| by Sean Kelly

Lingerie tycoon Michelle Mone experienced an embarrassing gaffe at an event in Vietnam when she picked up who she thought was a 6-year-old child and took a picture with him.

Mone was speaking at an entrepreneurs’ conference when the person she thought was a boy approached her with flowers in hand. She then picked up the person and took a picture with him, but later realized he wasn’t a boy at all. In fact, he was a 46-year-old married man.

“The guy was fine with it and the whole room was screaming with laughter,” Mone told the Daily Mail.

“I thought something was wrong – his teeth were bright yellow from nicotine.”

Mone tweeted about the incident and admitted her mistake.

“Most embarrassing moment. Speaking in Vietnam to 3,000 people, thought this was a 6 year old, picked him up, he's a MAN,” she wrote.

The gaffe quickly went viral, with people expressing mixed reactions.

“Hilarious, brings new meaning to picking up a man,” one viewer commented, Independent reported.

“So your multiplying the mans humiliation by tweeting it to amuse your brain dead supporters,” another wrote.

In a similar incident in England, a man was arrested after drivers confused a gnome he was carrying along the highway for a child.

“Earlier today we had a lady taking her dog for a walk on the M60 now we have a man carrying a gnome,” local police stated, UPI reported. “The man with the gnome on the M60 has been arrested due to his behavior when challenged by an officer.”

The man was arrested half an hour after several people reported spotting the gnome with him. The gnome was ultimately confiscated by police.
