Boyfriend Spends Four Years Traveling World, Filming Proposal (Video)

| by Emily Smith

Montana man Jack Hyer proposed to his girlfriend with a video that took four years to film and features him lip-syncing in 26 countries.

The video was filmed to The Proclaimers’ “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)" since Hyer often had to travel abroad for his International Business studies.

The video includes Cambodia, Israel, China, Greece, France, London, Turkey and a slew of other countries.

Last week, both Hyer and his now-fiancé Rebecca Stellnauer graduated from the University of Montana. They celebrated with a family dinner, where the video was played.

After presenting epic video, Hyer announced that he knew he would marry Stellnauer after their first date and began his proposal.

“I’ve traveled on elephant, on camel-back, hiked to the lowest point of the earth and I’ve gotten to see some of the highest,” Hyer continued. “But the best adventure I’ve had is loving Becca.”

Stellnauer accepted, much to the joy of the couple’s surrounding families.
