A 10-year-old Scottish boy allegedly ran away from home because his mother deleted Pokemon Go from his phone (video below).

The first video posted to her story showed her brother on his scooter, riding away. She captioned it: "10 year old wee brother has ran away because my [mom] deleted Pokemon Go."

She then shared photos from his bedroom, pointing out that he took his football medals and all of his clothing with him.
The Snapchat story concluded with an update that "he's not coming home." According to Complex, the boy is currently staying with a family member while the situation cools. One can only assume he's using the time away to build his Pokemon collection back up.
The boy is not the first to make a big life decision based on Pokemon Go. According to Complex, a man named Tom Currie quit his job as a barista and bartender in New Zealand to play Pokemon Go full-time. He is currently relying on friends and family to pay for his new full-time role as a Pokemon trainer.
