An Ontario grandmother was bashed in an anonymous letter for allowing her autistic grandson to stay in her house and walk the streets of her neighborhood.

The letter’s author attacked Elizabeth DeSousa-Lloyd for allowing her 13-year-old grandson to be a “nuisance” to her neighbors and then suggested extreme measures she should take, such as euthanizing her grandson or moving to a “trailer in the woods,” according to the Inquisitr.

Durham regional police have yet to determine the identity of the letter’s author, who claimed in the letter to also live in her neighborhood and slipped the note underneath DeSousa-Lloyd’s door.

The letter calls the grandmother “selfish” for letting the autistic child “pollute” the neighborhood with the noises he makes.

“You selfishly put your kid outside everyday and let him be a nothing but a nuisance and a problem to everyone else with that noise polluting whaling he constantly makes!!!” the letter reads. “That noise he makes when he

is outside is DREADFUL!!!!!!!!!! It scares the hell out of my normal children!!!!!!!!!”

The anonymous author then compares the autistic child to his or her “normal” children and says the grandmother has no right to allow the child to live in a residential neighborhood.

“Crying babies, music and even barking dogs are normal sounds in a residential neighbourhood!!!!! He is NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!… no employer will hire him, no normal girl is going to marry/love him and you are not going to live forever!!” the letter reads.

The note concludes by saying that the autistic child does not even deserve to live.

“They should take whatever non retarded body parts he possesses and donate it to science. What the hell else good is he to anyone!!!!… you had a retarded kid, deal with it… properly!!!!!,” the letter says.
