Two Florida fetish models have been arrested on animal cruelty charges for torturing and killings chickens and other animals in their porn videos.
According to a police report, the clips show two women “torturing and killing a wide variety of animals, including chickens, rabbits and more for the sexual gratification of its viewers."
The first identified was 28-year-old Sara Zamora, charged two weeks ago on eight felony counts of animal cruelty for decapitating chickens and tying up and beating rabbits during a sex fetish video, The Miami Herald reports.
Now 29-year-old Stephanie Hird has also been charged with five counts of felony animal cruelty.
Hird is accused of taking part in so-called “crush” videos, a type of pornography that involves killing live animals. An arrest warrant alleges that Hird crushed live fish with “her hands and feet” in a video produced by Adam Redford, a South Florida fishing boat captain who also produced videos featuring Zamora.
“The fish struggle and gasp while slowly being crushed to death on an ice cooler. Ms. Stephanie Hird exposes her crotch area and talks to the fish about the killing while they are being crushed,” the warrant reads.
Hird, who was arrested Wednesday while trying to board a plane at Miami International Airport, is also accused of shooting rats, torturing chickens and rabbits, and setting a pile of wounded animals on fire.
The videos, featured on the porn website “SOS Barn,” were discovered by a tipster who reported the abuse to the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
“It’s certainly horrifying. I mean these are sadistic people inflicting gruesome suffering on innocent and vulnerable and helpless animals,” PETA’s Cruelty Casework Director Stephanie Bell told CBS Miami.
Hird, who goes by the porn name Megan Jones, was featured on TLC’s show “Strange Sex” in a “giantess” role.
It is not clear whether Hird, who is under house arrest, has a lawyer. The Miami Herald reports that from her social media profiles, she appeared to be accepting fantasy fetish sessions.
