Police in Leon County, Florida recently used a taser on a runaway llama after the animal escaped from its owner (video below).

Police deputies got a call about “Scooter” the llama late on Friday night, but didn't find him until the next day.

According to NBC Miami, police found Scooter on Saturday morning, north of Tallahassee.

Police did what is normally done with humans; they used a taser on Scooter.

Police then threw some rope around the llama's neck, pulled him into a vehicle and eventually got him back home.

“I’ve been doing this twenty years and this was the first llama I’ve ever had to chase,” Sgt. Tony Drzewiecki told Bay News 9.
