Homeowner Commands Pit Bull to Attack to 18 Year Old, While Teen's Dad Watches

An unidentified 18-year-old boy was strung up by his ankles from a porch rafter and attacked by a pit bull in a bizarre interrogation allegedly committed by an unidentified homeowner in Osceola, Wisconsin. To make matters worse, the teen's dad reportedly watched the attack.

Lt. Cameron McGee told "During our investigation we learned that the 58-year-old homeowner had accused the 18-year-old of theft and commanded his pit bull to attack the kid as a means of interrogation. After more discussion, the man called the dog to attack the kid a second time while the victim’s father watched."

A third person arrived at the house and called 911. The 18-year-old boy was taken to St. Agnes Hospital and treated for wounds.

The homeowner will likely be charged with false imprisonment, aggravated battery, bail-jumping and negligent handling of a dangerous weapon, reports the Daily Mail.

The boy's father is expected to face similar charges.

The pit bull was taken to the Fond du Lac Humane Society, but Lt. McGee defended the dog: "I don’t want to see pit bulls getting a bad rap. This was a dog that was trained to attack, and the owner was specifically ordering him to do that. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to have control of their dogs."
