Baseball Game Interrupted by Large Bear (Video)

An American Legion league baseball game between Juneau Post 25 and West Anchorage Post 1 was interrupted on Sunday by a large bear.

Fortunately, a fence separated the bear from the outfield in Juneau, Alaska, but the beast's presence was enough to stop the game momentarily during the 5th inning, notes KTUU (video below).

Amazingly, players and fans stayed calm and no one was called in to kill the wild animal, who simply went on its way. The lack of hysterics and gunfire was a sharp contrast to how Americans in the lower 48 likely would have reacted, noted Uproxx.com.
