An 85-year-old man was arrested after employees at an Atlanta-area Starbucks found pornographic images of children on a cellphone he accidentally left behind.

Carl Alfred Iverson left the phone at a Starbucks in Marietta, Georgia, on Sept. 23. According to a warrant, when employees went through his phone to find contact information, they discovered child pornography.

Police were called, and Iverson, who is homeless, was brought in for questioning when he returned to retrieve his phone, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Officers obtained a search warrant and discovered eight pornographic images of children on the cellphone. One picture depicted a 6-year-old boy performing sexual acts with an adult male, East Cobb Patch reports.

In April, Iverson pleaded guilty to a computer pornography charge after he attempted to seduce an undercover detective who was posing as a 14-year-old girl online last year. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 10 years probation.

Iverson was placed on the sex offender registry and agreed to stop using the internet, unless he was under direct supervision and only paying bills or dealing with the VA, court documents say.

Iverson is being held in the Cobb County Jail without bond on eight charges of sexual exploitation of children.
