An elderly woman was hospitalized after a violent encounter with another woman over a handicapped parking spot at a Walmart in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

Kezia Perkins, 32, was trying to park in the handicapped parking spot, but she couldn’t make the turn, so the unnamed 71-year-old took the space.

Perkins, who is disabled, approached the elderly woman’s car and yelled at her through the window. The elderly woman then got out of her vehicle, and Perkins approached her.

“This lady chest-butted,” witness John Rawlings told WITI.

The elderly woman fell onto the snowy pavement, and Rawlings tended to her before the police came.

“From what she told me when I was tending to her, she just had hip surgery done,” Rawlings said. "She couldn’t move. It may have come undone."

Perkins reportedly told the police, “It’s not my fault the elderly woman bounced off my big (chest).”

The elderly woman needed five hours of surgery; her femur was fractured, and she needed a second hip replacement after the altercation.

Perkins was charged with aggravated battery. Additionally, her license had been suspended, and the placard she was using was not valid, nor was it registered in her name.
