A 19-year-old in Deltona, Fla., was arrested Thursday after biting his 59-year-old grandmother and punching his 70-year-old grandfather in the face.

Grandmother Sue Wilson said when she arrived home on Tuesday she found her grandson Black Hale acting drunk. When she found two empty wine bottles, she confronted Hale.

He became defensive and angry and shouted obscenities at Wilson. The argument escalated.

Suddently, when she went to walk out the front door, Hale bit her on the shoulder.

Volusia County deputies confirmed there was a bite mark on her right shoulder. According to the police report, Hale also punched her husband and gave him a minor bloody nose.

Hale was arrested and charged with two counts: battery and battery on a person 65 years or older.
