An unidentified young woman dropped the F-bomb during a live broadcast by MSNBC at the Iowa caucus on Feb. 1 in Iowa City, Iowa (video below).

“ I am a vet, my mom’s a vet," the woman said, notes Variety.

"How is he going to fix it?" she added. "Because I can tell you right now that the VA is more screwed up than it has been in a while. The fact that I haven’t gotten benefits in three months because the VA is so f—- up really makes me concerned.”

The young woman continued to demand to know how Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont was going to fix the VA. Sanders has said for months that he supports a single payer health care plan to cover all Americans.

According to, MSNBC host Brian Williams chimed in: “You know, when you listen in to caucuses, you take the good with the bad. And people often speak the way they do out on the street. And we apologize. I know Jacob [Soboroff] apologizes. We all join him in apologizing for a bit of French that snuck in to our English translation there."
