A Florida woman has been arrested for setting fire to a car she mistakenly thought belonged to her ex-boyfriend (video below).
Carmen Chamblee, 19, has been charged with second-degree arson after setting fire to a Honda Accord in Clearwater.
Police believe Chamblee thought the car belonged to her ex-boyfriend, but was mistaken. The owner of the car, Thomas Jennings, said he has never seen the woman in his life.
