Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is recovering after she was allegedly bound, gagged and robbed at gunpoint in Paris. New details reveal the robbers stole jewelry valued at more than $10.9 million, including a $4.5 million ring that Kim was seen wearing in a Snapchat video shortly before the robbery.

Kim's $4.5 million ring, given to her by husband, singer Kanye West, has been seen on various social media platforms since September, according to the Daily Mail. The ring was last seen in a Snapchat video that Kim posted Facetiming with future sister-in-law, Blac Chyna, who was having her baby shower. The video was sent two hours before the alleged robbery.

The large ring, which has a 20-carat emerald-cut diamond, has also been seen on Instagram posts. Kim was also reportedly wearing the multimillion dollar ring when she and her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, went to the Alaia showroom a few hours before the incident.

The emerald-cut diamond ring is the second West has given her, after her 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring.

Kim, 35, was reportedly accosted by five gunmen, pretending to be police officers, in her Paris apartment. The men reportedly threatened the concierge and made him open her door. Once inside, the men are reported to have gagged Kim and bound her before putting her in the bathtub, according to TMZ.

Kim reportedly begged the men to spare her life, telling them that she had children at home. The gunmen then took a jewelry box with contents worth $6.7 million, and a ring valued at $4.5 million. After the attackers left, Kim was able to break free of the restraints and call for help, Jezebel reports.

West canceled his show in New York after hearing about the news, citing a "family emergency" to fans, according to USA Today.

The robbery is reported to have the hallmarks of a heist by a group of notorious jewel thieves called the Pink Panthers, who have stolen tens of millions of dollars worth of jewelry since 1984.

After the incident, Kim was "badly shaken but physically unharmed," said a spokeswoman. Kim is believed to have flown back to the U.S. with Kourtney.
