Smash Mouth Singer Curses At Crowd For Throwing Bread (Video)

| by Michael Allen

Steve Harwell, the lead singer of Smash Mouth, broke into a profanity-filled rant and threatened to beat up people who threw bread at the beginning of a performance in Fort Collins, Colorado, on June 14.

Smash Mouth was the final act to play at the Taste of Fort Collins food and music event.

According to the Coloradoan, one of the vendors at the event gave away loaves of bread.

USA Today reports that Harwell cursed the crowd and dared the bread throwers to come up on stage, but a security guard stood between the singer and the audience.
