"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" crashed ticket sites when seats went on sale on Oct. 19. Now, some lucky ticket buyers are trying to resell their opening-night seats on Dec. 17 for enormous prices.

Tickets on eBay and Craigslist include $1,000 seats for a 3D screening in Los Angeles, a $8,000 single ticket in Austin, Texas, and a $10,000 price for two tickets (including a limo ride and hotel room) in North Canton, Ohio, notes Entertainment Weekly.

One eBay reseller in Wilmington, Delaware, who wants $10,000 for two tickets, told that a glitch on Fandango enabled him to buy two sets of tickets when he originally only wanted one pair.

The reseller said that if he can't resell the tickets then: "I’ll give them to a couple of kids that can’t afford to see the movie.”
