Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump may have a reputation for rousing rallies highlighted by bombastic speeches, but his taste in music is notably eclectic. However, legendary rock band The Rolling Stones is joining the legions of musicians saying Trump never asked to use their songs.

Before every rally, Trump requires 50 minutes of music to play - all of which he personally picked. The Daily Beast reported that the playlist includes music from Cats the musical, Twisted Sister, The Beatles, Adele and Elton John. One campaign volunteer in charge of music told The New Yorker that “the more inappropriate for a political event, the better.”

Adele, Elton John and The Rolling Stones have both clarified that they didn’t give Trump permission to use their music, although they haven’t issued cease-and-desist orders. Elton John told The Guardian that it’s nothing personal,  but he doesn’t endorse the campaign.

“I don’t really want my music to be involved in anything to do with an American election campaign,” he said. “I’m British. I’ve met Donald Trump, he was very nice to me, it’s nothing personal, his political views are his own, mine are very different, I’m not a Republican in a million years. Why not ask Ted f- - - - - - Nugent? Or one of those f- - - - - - country stars? They’ll do it for you.”

However, The Rolling Stones have made it clear that they’re not fans of the Republican frontrunner.

“Can you imagine President Trump? The worst nightmare,” guitarist Keith Richards told Billboard.  “But we can’t say that. Because it could happen. This is one of the wonders of this country. Who would’ve thought Ronald Reagan could be president?”

Mick Jagger has also slammed the Republican party in the past.
