An unidentified man, who was holding a baby, caught a foul ball on June 23 during a baseball game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.
Dodgers player Adrian Gonzalez was trying to catch the foul ball when the dad made a one-handed grab, noted USA Today (video below).
Popular VideoCongress just passed a drug testing law that has a lot of people outraged. Do you think this is wrong?
The man got a standing ovation at Chicago's Wrigley Field for saving the Cubs from their third out, but the catch was contested by Gonzalez and Dodgers manager Don Mattingly.
The umpires ruled the fan did interfere in the play by extending his hand over the first-base line tarp, reports Sports Illustrated.
