Actress and producer Lena Dunham posted a racy selfie to Instagram to show off her new tattoo.
The tattoo depicts a chandelier and is placed just under her breasts, according the Daily Mail. In the photo, she appears without makeup, covering her bare breasts with one arm.
"Thank you [Trine Grimm] for my warrior's chest plate/tit chandelier," she wrote of her tattoo. "This is my first original piece by a female tattoo artist and it felt sacred and cool and she didn't chide me for copying [Rihanna's] placement. If you're ever in Oslo, go meet this metal queen and let her handle your body."

Dunham's tattoo is a direct homage to singer Rihanna's chestplate tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis. According to Pret-a-Reporter, Rihanna's tattoo is a tribute to her late grandmother, who died after a long battle with cancer in 2012. Isis is the Egyptian goddess of fertility and motherhood, and is said to symbolize sinners and the helpless.
This is Dunham's 10th tattoo. According to Page Six, some of her tattoos include children's book character Ferdinand the Bull, female skateboarder Laura Thornhill, her dog and a tramp stamp of Eloise, another character from a children's book.
She also has a large tattoo of an illustration from a children's book, which she says she regrets.
"A drunk guy did it," she confesses. "It’s not great. I should get it covered up."

She tells The Huffington Post that her favorite tattoo is on the inside of her right wrist. The tattoo -- the word "staunch" -- has special meaning to the "Girls" creator.
"Little Edie of 'Grey Gardens' calls herself a 'staunch character.' It’s a reminder to hold my ground like a tough old lady," she says.
For her next tattoo, she plans to get her "Girls" co-star Jemima Kirke to ink the word "nasty" on her butt, according to Page Six.
Dunham supported Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential race. Clinton was famously called a "nasty woman" by rival and eventual winner, President Donald Trump.
Dunham already has several tattoos on her behind.
"On my butt, I have a snake wrapped around the moon," she said. "I also have a sign for The Odeon, which is my favorite restaurant in Tribeca."
The final season of her show "Girls" recently premiered on HBO. Dunham created and stars in the comedy-drama about a group of 20-something friends. The award-winning started in 2012 and ran for six seasons.
