Kim Kardashian Slams Body Shamers (Photo)

Kim Kardashian lashed out against those criticizing her body.

Many mocked Kardashian after unedited bikini body photos of the celebrity were released while she was on vacation in Mexico, the Daily Mail reports.

"Kim: do you even look in a mirror at yourself?" wrote one Daily Mail reader. "You are fat, your thighs and rear are dimpled from cellulite. Lighting and angles are not going to help. Just cover up. Face the fact that you aren't a 20 year-old kid who can let it all hang out. Those days are behind you, but you can still wear a nice swim-skirt with a crop top and you'll at least look presentable and fashionable."

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

"Can you imagine that a** when she is old," added another. "Someone will have to follow her around with a wheelbarrow full of her droopy, old a**. Not a good look, not a good look at all."

British television personality Piers Morgan also commented negatively on Kardashian's photos, pointing out how different she looks. Morgan's most pointed comment came after his "Good Morning Britain" co-host, Susanna Reid, praised Kardashian, saying: "I think we should celebrate cellulite, it's a fact of life for, I'd say, 90 percent of women."

According to Marie Claire, Morgan responded: "Why would we celebrate it? We put up with it, tolerate it, but not accept it. Flaws should not be celebrated."

While sources say Kardashian was hurt by the comments, she took to Twitter to stand up for herself.

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true:

"Yup I’ve recently seen perspective is a b****," Kardashian sarcastically tweeted in a post that was later deleted. "I’ll work on taking good videos with better lighting &angles. F*** you would think I learned…"

"Oh and as for me you ask? ...I'm just sitting here on the beach with my flawless body," Kim later wrote.

Many applauded Kardashian for brushing off the criticism, including Brittney McNamara of Teen Vogue, who called Kardashian's social media response "flawless" and argued that no one had a right to comment on other people's bodies.

Kardashian has previously spoken out about her struggles with body acceptance.

"I was only 10 when I started developing breasts," she once told Shape Magazine. "I remember crying in the bathtub."

While she is now more comfortable in her own skin, she added that feeling that way isn't always easy: "I have cellulite, just like almost every other woman on the planet," she said. "And just because I feel secure with my body doesn’t mean I think cellulite is cute! It will always be an issue for me. So let’s just say it’s a work in progress!"
