Social media users have been busy sharing recent pictures taken of former President Barack Obama looking comfortable wearing civilian clothes in a Washington, D.C., outing.
Obama was pictured wearing a brown leather jacket with long sleeves that covered his wrists, blue jeans, a greenish button-down shirt that has been unbuttoned a few rungs, and sunglasses as he exited the National Gallery of Art on March 5 with former First Lady Michelle Obama, Inquisitr reports.
Big smiles and a relaxed look he seems to have acquired while on a recent vacation have resonated with his social media fans.

According to Harper's Bazaar, their outing to the museum was the first time the famous couple had been sighted since returning from their trip to the Virgin Islands.
The images are the latest to affirm Mr. Obama looking refreshed and happy since moving out of the White House. He was last photographed in public in New York on Feb. 24, Vanity Fair reports.
He had then been leaving a meeting with the Simons Foundation, which is reportedly involved with Mr. Obama's Presidential Library in Chicago.
On March 5, Mrs. Obama wore an all-black ensemble with an oversized sweater topping what might have been black yoga pants, and black sunglasses. She accessorized with large hoop earrings, multiple bracelets and a leather Alexander Wang handbag.

On social media, Mr. Obama's fans and followers have been posting side-by-side pictures of him as a young man in leather compared to these recent pictures of the former president in leather.
One user said of the 44th president: "Meet laid-back Barack! Obama unveils a new casual look after ditching his stuffy White House suits for the leather jacket and jeans of his Harvard days."
He was well-known for wearing dad jeans and suits during his tenure as president.
The happy mood of the Obama couple, pictured a day after President Donald Trump accused his predecessor of wiretapping his campaign staff's phones in Trump Tower in the months leading up to the election, shows they are unfazed by the scandalous accusations.
In a series of tweets posted early on Mar. 4, Trump leveled high-stakes accusations at the former president, writing: "Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my 'wires tapped' in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!"
Trump claimed Mr. Obama had ignored a court rejection in allegedly wiretapping his campaign's offices. According to People, he exclaimed "a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!"
A representative for the former president dismissed the allegations and called Trump's claims "simply false."
