Millions of dollars could be at stake if rock star Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, divorce.
Some speculate the couple may split after Sharon kicked her husband out of their California home for allegedly having an affair with celebrity hairdresser, Michelle Pugh, the Huffington Post reports.
“Sharon is absolutely furious – like a woman scorned,” an anonymous source said, reports The Sun. “If Ozzy wants to get his marriage back on track before he goes to Europe he may have his work cut out. Ozzy and Sharon are always arguing and she’s kicked him out before but it feels more than that this time. It’s hanging by a thread.”
If the couple does split, the case that follows could be one of the most expensive divorces of 2016.
The net worth of Sharon and Ozzy is estimated at $220 million a piece.
Ozzy earned much of his fame as the lead singer of Black Sabbath, while Sharon managed his solo career and is a host for the television show "The Talk," as well as guest-appearing on several others.
But because the couple’s finances are intertwined, the couple could be facing a long legal battle.
For example, they both own their $10 million Beverly Hills, California, home, in addition to another one in England.
If neither signed a prenuptial agreement, their assets would have to be divided equally as California is a Community Property state.
Whether a divorce is in the works is not yet known.
There are reports Ozzy has cheated on Sharon before and she has repeatedly reconciled with him.
“We used to have four nannies, because I had three children - I would work five days a week - I would travel because you can't work a nanny seven days a week. I'm telling you, they were the bane of my existence. They were all wanting to be celebrities. They were all wanting money,” Sharon once said, reports the Daily Mail. She revealed later in the interview: “I caught two of them in bed with Ozzy! At different times. It goes on and on.”
The couple last split in 2013.
“I would never have imagined our anniversary would be the start of one of the worst periods in our marriage,” Sharon once said.
“I thought, ‘I can’t carry this anymore. It’s what I have always done and I’m tired. I said, “I want a divorce,” she added.
