Girl With Down Syndrome Makes Cheerleading Team (Video)

Lacey Parker recently learned from her mother, Renee, she made the North DeSoto Middle School cheerleading team in Louisiana.

Lacey's sister filmed her reaction (below) and Renee posted it on Facebook on May 8 for family and friends in Texas. The heartwarming moment went viral with more than 3 million views, notes ESPN.

Lacey, 10, was born with Down syndrome, and was not expected to live more than 10 days, reports KSLA.

Lacey now wants to get her driver's license and a black Mustang, but she'll have to wait a few years.
