A video of a pregnant woman’s hip hop dance routine has gone viral.
Christina Litle, 28, was seven months pregnant when her friend recorded her practicing her hip hop dance routine on Oct. 8, People reported.
She posted the clip (video below) on Facebook and it quickly went viral, garnering hundreds of thousands of views and several comments from people supporting her.

While the responses have been mostly positive, Litle said some commenters questioned whether she was putting her unborn child in danger.
“Although only a few responses have been negative, it bothers me, because there's this stigma about women being active during pregnancy,” Litle told People.
“A lot of people think you have to be sedentary, but the truth is, when you're building a human life, you're exponentially stronger than you ever imagined. This is my third pregnancy. I know what my body can handle.”
Litle went on to say that unless your doctor tells you that you might have an “at risk” pregnancy, “there's really no reason not to get out there and boogie.”

“You're not going to cause shaken baby syndrome by hip-hop dancing,” Litle added.
Jordan Litle, who’s been married to Christina for eight years, stood by his wife’s actions, adding that she danced when she was pregnant with their two other children.
“We're having a boy this time, and he'll probably come out knowing some good dance moves, just like his sisters do,” said Jordan. “Christina loves to dance with the girls. I'm a terrible dancer, but it's fun to put on music and watch them tear it up around the house.”
Litle, who’s been dancing since the age of 5 and choreographed routines for 11 years at Napa High School, said she’s shocked by her newfound fame.
“The other day I was in Home Depot, and this man in his 70s came up and asked, ‘Aren't you the pregnant dancing mom?’” She said. “There are worse things out there to be known for, I guess.”
