Footage released by traffic police in China revealed a man driving a three-wheeled scooter with a large minivan strapped to the back.
Authorities were reportedly stunned to see the man dangerously driving throughout the Chinese province of Jiangsu in mid-March with the vehicle attached to the back of his bike, and released the footage in an effort to warn drivers of the dangers of such a stunt. A close-up on the van showed that it appeared to have a flat tire, leading authorities to believe the man was transporting it to a garage to be fixed.
Police representative Wei Lei said the man was later stopped and given a warning before officers arranged for a tow truck to carry the van the rest of the way. According to Lei, the van significantly surpassed overload regulations and posed a serious threat to the driver as well as others on the road.
