The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Boston Celtics 103-95 on April 23 to gain a 3-0 game lead in their playoff series. The Cavaliers are now one game away from sweeping the series.

This bitter pill was not lost on a Celtics fan who decided to ruin TNT's interview with Cavaliers' player Kevin Love (video below).

While Love was chatting with sideline reporter Rachel Nichols after the game, the fan gave the middle finger on both hands, noted The Big Lead.

For Cavaliers fans who may be interested in what Love said, the Northeast Ohio Media Group quotes him as saying, "The first two games they hit us first. We wanted to come out and hit them first tonight... Tonight we were just finding each other out there... We had a really great game plan."
