A Brazilian woman who looks like a living Barbie doll claims she has never undergone plastic surgery or starved herself to be thin.
Andressa Damiani, 23, has a 20-inch waist, huge eyes, long legs, and wears a 32F bra size -- the same features as a doll, reports Daily Mail.
Damiani, from Blumenau, is now famous in Brazil with people on the street calling her Elsa because of her resemblance to the character in Disney's “Frozen."

Nevertheless, her shocking looks have also divided the Brazilian public.
“People don't believe me when I say I have never had any plastic surgery and they think I starve myself because I'm so thin," Damiani said, accordin to the Daily Mail. "They call me a liar.”
“I've also had strangers tell me they are disgusted to look at my face and they fear me when they see me walking past," she continued. "People run away when they see me.

“People think I'm insane and I only care for beauty but they shouldn't be afraid."
“I want to show the world that everyone can be a doll," the veterinary physician added." You don't have to be skinny or blonde - just create your own look and be happy.”
Her doll-like looks allegedly come with minimal makeup and no dieting or exercise.

Damiani added that she gets her doll-like look without surgery, but she does use hair extensions that match her bleached hair to get long locks.
Her YouTube channel, where she shows viewers how to attain her look, has over 677,000 subscribers. In one of her videos, she does Elsa-style makeup. It got over 1.2 million views.
To make her eyes look wider, Damiani uses various eye makeup techniques including white eyeliner on her waterline.
She also uses blue circle lenses to cover her blue eyes. The lenses were invented in Korea to enlarge the iris, making the wearer look like they have absurdly large, doll-like, glassy eyes, according to The Gloss.
Damiani said that as a child, she was very shy and felt alienated by her classmates for her unusual “Human Barbie” looks.
“I always looked very child-like and had dolly facial features," she added. "I never developed like other girls and it led me to become a very insecure teenager.”
Yet when Damiani reached her twenties, she decided to embrace her doll-like features.
“I realized that it was time to highlight the human doll features that I had, rather than fit in with the common beauty standards that I could never reach," she said.
