A propane explosion Tuesday on the set of a Vancouver film has reportedly hurt several cast and crew members.

The Maple Ridge, B.C., set is for a film called "In The Name Of The King: Dungeon Siege 2."

Directed by Uwe Boll, it stars Swedish action hero Dolph Lundgren.

According to the Maple Ridge News, local emergency services were called to Golden Ears Park at 1 p.m. Tuesday after a propane explosion injured six crew members who were filling up propane tanks from a truck.

The crew has been transported to a local hospital and injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

The film is a sequel to a 2007 film, "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale," which starred Jason Statham and Leelee Sobieski.
