Shocker: Kyron Horman's Father Files for Divorce

| by MomLogic

Kaine Horman, the father of the Oregon boy who's been missing for weeks, filed for divorce from the boy's stepmother Terri Moulton Horman Monday.

CBS News reports that Terri Horman was served with the divorce papers and a restraining order late Monday night. Kaine reportedly moved out of the house they shared and took their 18-month-old daughter with him.

Police haven't named Terri an official suspect but have given her two polygraphs, combed through her cell phone records, and have examined her truck. She was the last one to see Kyron alive.

"The police are really keying in on her; they think she is the heart of the investigation," former federal prosecutor Laurie Levenson tells CBS.
